We have also implemented the following strict rules to ensure a responsible gaming environment:

Underage Gaming

Playing with us is restricted to persons over the age of 18.

Your details like password and username should not be shared with minors.

Lock your phone with a password so as to limit or deny incidental or accidental access to it.

Enlighten your kids on the risks and dangers of addictive gaming.

Measures to curb under age gaming.

Every player signing up for a Cheza gaming account must be 18 years and above. There is a notification before every sign in screen that outlines the rules and regulations of the game and the players must read and accept this to continue to play.

To register for a Cheza account you must have a valid phone number registered with a mobile money service provider. This measure also ensures that players only who have registered with mobile money can play.

Our payment services are based on mobile money services. To register for such services, by law, one has to be aged 18 and above, and have a valid National ID card.

If you suspect or know of any underage gaming on our platforms or using someone’s account, notify us immediately via contact@chezaent.co.ke for us to follow up and take necessary measures.

Deposit and Time Limits

All in game transactions are conducted via mobile money.

One Kenya Shilling is equivalent to One Cheza Coin.

Maximum deposit and wallet amounts is 50,000 Cheza Coins equivalent to Ksh. 50,000.

We currently only accept transactions on the Safaricom platform.

To play a game you need Cheza Coins which can be bought in the game store.

You will be prompted to input your mobile money PIN to confirm your desired purchase of Cheza Coins.

Once entry fee for an arena has been paid, the arena will be unlocked for the period of time 4 Hours to play as many games as possible. The arena will then automatically lock after the 4 Hours have expired.

Self-Exclusion option

Cheza Entertainment Self-Exclusion facility allows you to temporarily close your account for a particular period.

During self-exclusion, you will not be allowed to re-open your account or any new account.

How to request for Cheza Entertainment Self-Exclusion?

Write to us on contact@chezaent.co.ke to request for temporary closure of your account for your preferred time duration.

Once you send your request our representatives will get in touch with you to confirm your request and you will thereafter receive a message acknowledging receipt. This is typically within 48 hours of sending a Self-Exclusion request.

In the case of a permanent self-exclusion request, we will contact you with a view to returning any remaining funds in your account. Once the self-exclusion period has expired, your account will not automatically be re-activated.

Your account will only be considered for re-activation upon your own request and may only come into effect after 24 hours. If you would like to reactivate your account, please contact us on contact@chezaent.co.ke for support.

What to do during the Self-Exclusion period?

We recommend that you seek additional support and advice during the self-exclusion period. Once the period expires, we will automatically re-open your account.
